Former news anchor Lauren Sanchez has tied the knot with Amazon founder Jeff Bezos in an extravagant Italian wedding on June 27, as reported by E! News. The ceremony took place on the picturesque island of San Giorgio Maggiore in Venice and was graced by numerous celebrities and high-profile guests.

Lauren's sons, Nikko, 24, and Evan, 19, participated actively in the nuptials, accompanying her down the aisle. Meanwhile, her 17-year-old daughter, Ella, served as the maid of honor, delivering a touching reading during the ceremony. The wedding was an intimate affair with less than 200 attendees.

Esteemed guests included members of the Kardashian-Jenner family, Orlando Bloom, and Bill Gates, among others. Despite initial plans to hold the ceremony at Scuola Grande della Misericordia, security concerns led to a change of venue. Following the wedding, Lauren updated her Instagram profile to reflect her new name, Lauren Sanchez Bezos.
