Amit Shah Unveils Peshwa Bajirao I Statue at NDA

Union Home Minister Amit Shah is set to unveil an equestrian statue of Peshwa Bajirao I at the National Defence Academy in the city on Friday, according to officials.

The minister's itinerary includes the inauguration of the Jairaj Sports and Convention Centre and a visit to Balasaheb Deoras Hospital. He will also attend the groundbreaking ceremony for the PHRC Health City.

In light of the VIP movements, schools along the Katraj-Uruli Devachi stretch will be closed on Friday due to anticipated traffic restrictions, police officials confirmed.
