On Wednesday, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath conducted a comprehensive review of 3,397 development proposals valued at Rs 42,891 crore, targeting enhanced infrastructure and tourism across various districts.
In a meeting with 42 MLAs and 5 MLCs from Lucknow, Hardoi, Rae Bareli, Unnao, Sitapur, and Lakhimpur Kheri, Adityanath focused on harmonizing historical, cultural, and social elements with developmental plans.
He detailed Lucknow's status as the cultural capital of Awadh, acknowledged Hardoi's literary tradition, recognized Rae Bareli's historical significance, and highlighted Sitapur's spiritual influence. For Lakhimpur Kheri, he emphasized its global significance due to Dudhwa National Park. Adityanath stressed the importance of efficient infrastructure projects and furthering the state's tourism sector.
