'Peaky Blinders' creator Steven Knight has officially joined forces with Denis Villeneuve as the screenwriter for the upcoming James Bond film, as reported by Variety. Notable producers Amy Pascal and David Heyman are heading the project under their respective banners, Pascal Pictures and Heyday Films.
Knight, renowned for his creation and executive production of the BAFTA-winning series 'Peaky Blinders' starring Cillian Murphy, boasts a strong television portfolio. His work includes acclaimed series like 'See' on Apple TV+, BBC's 'SAS Rogue Heroes', Disney+'s 'A Thousand Blows', FX's 'The Veil', and Netflix's 'All the Light We Cannot See'.
An established screenwriter, Knight also co-created the international sensation 'Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?'. His debut film 'Dirty Pretty Things', directed by Stephen Frears, accumulated prestigious awards and an Oscar nomination.
