NBC's popular sports entertainment reality show, 'American Ninja Warrior,' has been confirmed for an 18th season, according to Variety. The much-anticipated series will resume filming this fall in Las Vegas.

Season 18 promises fresh excitement with the introduction of a 'supersized' three-lane racecourse, offering a thrilling head-to-head-to-head race format. Casting for the new season is underway.

The competition will once again see participants tackling rigorous physical challenges for a grand prize of $250,000. Returning hosts Matt Iseman, Akbar Gbajabiamila, and Zuri Hall will provide commentary throughout, Variety reports.

A fixture of NBC's summer lineup, 'American Ninja Warrior' has drawn 23 million viewers on Peacock this season. The show is modeled after Japan's 'Sasuke,' which has had 42 seasons. NBC's summer slate also includes unscripted hits like 'Destination X' and 'America's Got Talent', per Variety.
