Renowned actor Guy Pearce is reportedly negotiating to take on the role of media titan Rupert Murdoch in the forthcoming biographical film 'Ink'.
The film, directed by Danny Boyle and based on James Graham's acclaimed play, will depict Murdoch's 1969 purchase of 'The Sun', a failing UK tabloid at the time.
Actor Jack O'Connell is also in discussions to portray Larry Lamb, 'The Sun's late editor. The production has drawn considerable attention following its Broadway success, where it earned two Tony awards. The film will commence production in October, produced by StudioCanal.
