The Mumbai Police have filed a conclusive report in the Andheri Magistrate court, absolving Satish Panchariya, Chairman of K Sera Sera Group, and Nikita Rattanshi, Director of Chhotu Maharaj Cinema, of accusations involving criminal conspiracy and sexual assault.
Originally, in April 2025, an FIR had been lodged at Amboli Police Station, Mumbai, claiming Panchariya had sexually abused a foreign national. However, after a thorough investigation, the police declared the FIR false, citing lack of verifiable claims by the victim.
According to the B Summary report, the investigation could not substantiate any cognizable offence. Additionally, the complainant filed an affidavit on June 11 admitting to filing the case due to a family dispute, requesting closure of the investigation, which further supported the conclusion of no crime being committed.
