Astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla made a courtesy visit to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath at his official residence in Lucknow on Monday. The visit marked Shukla's triumphant return from a historic space mission.
Shukla, an Indian Air Force Group Captain, was accompanied by his wife Kamna and their son Kiash. The meeting was a celebration of Shukla's remarkable achievement as he became the first Indian to visit the International Space Station aboard the Axiom-4 mission.
The chief minister's office expressed pride in Shukla's accomplishments, recognizing him as the 'nation's son.' Shukla's journey has significantly contributed to India's growing presence in space exploration.
