The vibrant Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Culture and Arts Festival has commenced at the Guangzhou Opera House, marking its fifth successful edition. The festival, a joint venture by cultural ministries across the region, features an array of performances designed to foster artistic expression and cultural exchange.
With over 100 performances, 19 exhibitions, and more than 150 community events scheduled, the festival promises a robust showcase of artistic talent. Highlights include a concert spotlighting symphonic works with 'GBA gene,' a debut opera by the Greek National Opera, and the renowned Matthew Bourne's 'Swan Lake.'
To further enhance the cultural landscape, the 'Radiance of Arts' fair invites nearly 300 performing arts institutions from across the globe to Guangzhou, stimulating the region's performing arts market by presenting an impressive lineup of nearly 1,000 productions.
