President Murmu Extends Rosh Hashanah Greetings to Israel

Expressing her wishes on social media platform X, Murmu stated, 'Excellency @Isaac_Herzog, on behalf of the Government and people of India, I convey heartfelt #RoshHashanah greetings to you and the Jewish community. May the new year usher in peace, prosperity, and good health for all.'
The Jewish new year is traditionally celebrated over two days, marking a time of reflection and joy. On Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also extended his greetings to the global Jewish community, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and the people of Israel on this joyous occasion.
