Andhra Pradesh Governor S Abdul Nazeer, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, and YSR Congress Party leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy came together on Thursday to honor Mahatma Gandhi on the occasion of his 156th birth anniversary.
Governor Nazeer emphasized Gandhi's global influence through the 'International Day of Non-violence.' He called on individuals to recommit to the ideals of Truth and Non-violence, inspired by Gandhi's teachings, as articulated in a release from Raj Bhavan.
Chief Minister Naidu praised Gandhi's pivotal role in India's independence struggle, noting his leadership in guiding the nation with unity and peace. YSRCP's Reddy echoed these sentiments, stressing that freedom must be universal, marking the collective tribute to Gandhi.
