In a blend of wildlife exploration and state affairs, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav took a tour of the famous Kaziranga National Park in Assam on Sunday. Renowned for its conservation efforts of the one-horned rhinoceros, the park served as a backdrop for Yadav's visit.
Accompanied by his wife and officials, Yadav embarked on a jeep safari through the central range of Kaziranga. His journey was marked by an appreciation for the park's natural beauty, as well as a keen interest in the ongoing efforts to maintain its rich biodiversity, officials reported.
Adding a personal touch to his visit, Yadav participated in feeding the park's elephants sugarcane, a gesture that underscores his engagement with the local wildlife management. Later in the day, he plans to convene with investors at a hotel in Guwahati, furthering his agenda for regional economic development.
