On Sunday, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan inaugurated a museum in Kollam celebrating the life and works of the late artist A Ramachandran. The event took place at the Sree Narayana Guru Cultural Complex and was attended by various ministers and dignitaries.

The museum, which spans 7,000 square feet, houses paintings, sculptures, and books by Ramachandran, valued at over Rs 300 crore. Art curator Shivakumar ensured the space meets international standards.

Family members, including wife and artist Tan Yuan Chameli, attended the inauguration along with their children. The event also marked the release of Malayalam translations of five children's books co-authored by Ramachandran.
