Imagine Marketing, the parent company of the popular wearables brand boAt, has returned to profitability in the fiscal year 2025, recording a consolidated net profit of Rs 60 crore. This marks a significant recovery from the previous year's net loss of Rs 79.7 crore and a loss of Rs 129.5 crore in fiscal 2023.

The company's resurgence is credited to its leadership in product categories, innovative offerings, and stringent cost management. The Gurugram-based firm reported consolidated revenue of Rs 3,097.8 crore, buoyed by its market dominance in audio products and strong growth in the wearables segment.

boAt has firmly re-established itself as an industry leader under CEO Gaurav Nayyar. With over 100 new product launches, expansion into new business areas, and a growing presence in the GCC markets, boAt is poised for sustainable growth. The company is also preparing for its IPO, aiming to raise Rs 2,000 crore.
