In a discussion with ANI, Dutta emphasized the importance of finding balance amid the prevalence of mobile phones, AI, and social media. She stated, 'In a tech-savvy world where mobiles and AI tools like ChatGPT are widespread, it's crucial to use these innovations wisely and maintain personal equanimity.'
Dutta urged a return to basic values, highlighting the significance of personal happiness and health without digital crutches. 'The COVID-19 pandemic taught us to reconnect with ourselves and others. Prioritizing mental and physical health is vital,' she added.
Anahita Landers, Principal of Billabong High International School, thanked Dutta for her valuable contribution to raising mental health awareness among students, noting the actor's tangible commitment to the cause.
On a professional note, Dutta's film 'Echoes of Valour,' directed by Indira Dhar, gained attention at the Venice Film Festival 2025. The biopic tributes an Indian army soldier's mother, with Neeraj Kabi also starring in a leading role.
