Salman Khan's Bodyguard Testifies in Attempted Assassination Trial

A special court in Mumbai has heard testimony from Salman Khan's personal bodyguard regarding an attempted assassination on the actor last April. The bodyguard detailed how two men on motorcycles fired shots at Khan's residence.
The shooting took place around 4 am on April 14, 2024. According to the bodyguard, security had been heightened due to threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. CCTV footage presented in court showed the moments leading up to the shooting.
In the ongoing trial, several accused, including those currently in custody, have been identified. The trial continues as the court sifts through evidence and testimonies related to threats against Khan.
