Flavors of India Delight President of Vietnam on State Visit

During the state visit of the President of Vietnam, To Lam, to India, a remarkable spread of gastronomic delights representing India's diverse regional flavors was presented.

Among these were Gaya anarsa, a delicate, multi-layered sweet from Bihar's Silao district, and the famed Mithila makhana, both recognized for their unique culinary heritage through Geographical Indication certifications.

Also featured were Ratnagiri mangoes from Maharashtra, celebrated for their vibrant color and rich flavor, alongside healthy millet bars, showcasing India's commitment to preserving and promoting its traditional agricultural and culinary wealth.
