The Dinosaur Fossil National Park in Dhar district, Madhya Pradesh, is set for a remarkable upgrade. The government will increase its expanse from 89 hectares to 200 hectares, responding to the area's rich paleontological significance.
A key highlight of the expansion project is the proposed construction of a large museum to house and display dinosaur fossils. The decision was finalized during a video conference meeting led by Indore Division Commissioner Dr. Sudam Khade.
Additionally, the development plan includes establishing hotels and resorts nearby to enhance tourism. Meanwhile, essential measures have been adopted to safeguard the park's integrity, prohibiting activities like excavation and untreated waste discharge.
