The Integrated Command Control Centre is transforming the pilgrimage experience in Tirumala by expertly managing the influx of summer visitors. The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) reveals that the deployment of hundreds of CCTV cameras is ensuring smoother and quicker darshan for thousands of devotees.

This sophisticated system allows for real-time digital monitoring of crowd conditions across key locations, such as Vaikuntham Queue Complexes and Narayanagiri Sheds, facilitating efficient decision-making and deployment of additional staff when necessary. TTD is committed to minimizing the time devotees spend in queues, offering prompt facilities like drinking water, Annaprasadam, and medical services.

TTD's coordinated technological approach has not only enhanced the darshan experience for over 85,000 devotees each weekend but also set a record with 91,005 on May 2. With a substantial increase in pilgrim footfall recorded over the past few years, TTD continues its efforts to improve service delivery in the face of growing demand.
