Ranveer Singh's Ethnic Airport Look Amid 'Don 3' Controversy
Bollywood star Ranveer Singh was seen in a classic ethnic ensemble at Mumbai airport, just as FWICE issued a non-cooperation directive against him over 'Don 3'. The controversy follows his departure from the project and the financial concerns raised by filmmaker Farhan Akhtar to the federation.
Bollywood sensation Ranveer Singh caught attention with his traditional attire at Mumbai's airport on Tuesday morning. Sporting a simple white kurta-pyjama complemented by a Nehru jacket, face mask, and sunglasses, Singh made his way through the airport under heightened security.
This appearance came on the heels of a non-cooperation directive from the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) concerning his involvement in 'Don 3'. The directive was issued after Singh allegedly failed to respond to repeated requests to discuss his sudden exit from the project, despite multiple reminders, fueling speculation and concern within the film industry.
The controversy surrounding 'Don 3' was initiated by a complaint from filmmaker Farhan Akhtar to the IFTDA in April 2026, which highlighted significant financial implications following Singh's exit. An official statement from Singh's spokesperson underscored his respect for the film fraternity and his decision to remain publicly silent, opting instead for restraint and dignity amid ongoing speculation.
