India has launched Operation Sindoor in response to the Pahalgam terror attack, marking a stern retaliation against Pakistan. Chhattisgarh Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao made a strong statement on Thursday, advising Pakistan to 'learn a lesson.' He emphasized India's resolve in not cowering before Pakistan's threats, highlighting the global awareness of Pakistan's internal challenges. Sao pointed out that the respect Pakistani soldiers and police show to terrorists reflects their compromised situation.

When questioned about Pakistan's unprovoked ceasefire violation along the Line of Control (LoC), Sao assured that India's armed forces and government are well-prepared to thwart any attempts by Pakistani counterparts. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi convened with Secretaries from various ministries and departments on Thursday to examine national preparedness and inter-ministerial coordination amid unfolding security concerns.

Prime Minister Modi stressed the importance of seamless coordination among ministries and agencies, emphasizing operational continuity and resilience. He reviewed current plans and preparations, instructing Secretaries to conduct thorough evaluations of their respective ministry operations to ensure robust readiness, emergency responses, and communication protocols. The meeting addressed multiple issues, including strengthening civil defense, countering misinformation, safeguarding critical infrastructure, and coordinating closely with state authorities.
