On Tuesday, Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma extended warm congratulations to all students who successfully cleared the CBSE Class 12 examinations, the results of which were announced earlier in the day. In a social media post, CM Sharma expressed, "Hearty congratulations and best wishes to all the students who have passed the class 12th examination results declared by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). This golden success is the result of your hard work, determination and tireless efforts."
Addressing students who may have fallen short of their expectations, the Chief Minister advised against disappointment. He emphasized that both success and failure serve as learning opportunities, adding, "I pray to God for a bright future for all of you." The CBSE examinations for Classes 10 and 12 ran from February 15 to March 18 and April 4, respectively. Class 10 students achieved a commendable pass percentage of 93.66%, while 88.39% of Class 12 students passed.
The data revealed that 91% of girls passed the CBSE Class 12 exams, outperforming boys by 5.94 percentage points. In Class 10, 95% of girls succeeded, exceeding boys by 2.37 percentage points. Out of 2,238,827 students who sat the exams, 2,095,467 students passed. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also offered his congratulations and reminded students that one exam doesn't define their future. He recognized the students' determination and discipline, offering encouragement to those who were disappointed with their scores.
PM Modi, in a statement on his official social media account, celebrated the success of students and the vital support of parents and teachers. "Dear #ExamWarriors, Heartiest congratulations to everyone who has cleared the CBSE Class XII and X examinations! This is the outcome of your determination, discipline and hard work. Today is also a day to acknowledge the role played by parents, teachers and all others who have contributed to this feat," said the Prime Minister.
To those disheartened by their results, PM Modi shared words of encouragement, stressing that their strengths and potential extend beyond a single exam. "Stay confident, stay curious because great things await," he quoted, infusing hope and resilience in students nationwide.
