Major Stake Shifts in Jyoti CNC Automation and Cube InvIT

In a significant move affecting Jyoti CNC Automation, individual investors Paresh Mohanlal Parekh and Vijay Mohanlal Parekh divested a 6.02% stake for Rs 1,489 crore through open market transactions, according to exchange data.
This sale involved offloading 68.50 lakh shares each at a price range of Rs 1,087.01-1,087.45 apiece, reducing the Parekh brothers' stake to 4.8%. Meanwhile, Kotak Mutual Fund purchased 37.92 lakh shares, raising its holding to 4.3%, at an average price of Rs 1,087 per share.
On a separate note, Cube Mobility Investments of Singapore sold over 1.24 crore units in Cube Highways Trust, resulting in transactions totaling Rs 158.73 crore, while units remained stable at Rs 127.50. ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group acquired 70 lakh units for Rs 89.25 crore.
