Juniper Green Energy announced the successful commissioning of an additional 43 MWp solar capacity at its Wardha power project in Maharashtra on Tuesday.
This project, supplying power to Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd (MSEDCL) through Juniper Green Power Five Pvt Ltd, completes the 103 MWp solar component of the 129 MWp hybrid power initiative.
Originally scheduled for completion by November 2026, the project achieved full solar capacity within eight months of signing the power purchase agreement (PPA), underscoring the company's commitment to advancing India's clean energy resources.
