The exchange ceremony, held at Rashtrapati Bhavan, saw Sudarshan Thakur, Secretary of Kalakshetra Society, presenting these valued sanchipat manuscripts to Dipti Umashankar, Secretary of Rashtrapati Bhavan, with prominent figures from both Assam and Indian governments in attendance.

Originating from various satras, the manuscripts include 'Kirtan Ghoxa,' 'Adi Dasham,' 'Nam Ghoxa,' 'Bhakti Ratnavali,' and the Assamese-translated 'Geet Govinda.' These invaluable contributions symbolize the vibrant cultural and literary depth of Assamese heritage, urged to be showcased and preserved for future generations.
