Chandausi Circle Officer Anuj Chaudhary has organized a camp in Uttar Pradesh's Sambhal district to cater to the Kanwariya devotees returning from Haridwar. The camp offers essential services such as food and medical care, ensuring a comfortable experience for the pilgrims during their sacred journey.

'The camp has been operational for 3-4 days and provides various facilities, including refreshments and medical assistance, for the devotees,' Officer Chaudhary informed ANI. Security arrangements have been reinforced with personnel deployed inside and outside the temple, surveillance cameras, and traffic routes adjusted for the convenience of the Kanwariyas. In parallel, Bulandshahr's administration launched a multi-tiered security strategy to facilitate a smooth pilgrimage.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath addressed concerns over potential disruptions, advocating for action against those attempting to compromise the yatra's integrity. The Kanwar Yatra, which began on July 10, sees devotees collecting sacred river water for temple rituals, symbolizing their devotion. The festivities, observed during the 'Sawan' month, mark a period of prayer and fasting, culminating on August 9 this year.
