India is ramping up efforts to boost agricultural exports, achieving USD 51.9 billion in the last fiscal year.
Minister of State for Agriculture Ram Nath Thakur informed Lok Sabha of ongoing schemes led by APEDA, aiming to enhance global trade in these commodities.
Key initiatives include infrastructure modernization, machinery automation, and workforce upskilling, with APEDA providing financial assistance to promote scheduled product exports.
