A 30-year-old kanwariya, Vijay Kumar, tragically lost his life during a pilgrimage journey in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Kumar was returning from Gola Gokarannath with fellow devotees when the unfortunate incident occurred.

The accident happened near Nigohi road as the group stopped in Puwayan. While trying to climb onto a moving front trolley attached to the tractor, Kumar lost his balance and fell. The rear trolley ran over him, resulting in his immediate death, as confirmed by Additional Superintendent of Police (Rural) Diksha Bhawre.

Authorities have sent the body for a post-mortem examination, and further investigations are underway to determine the exact circumstances of the accident.
