Uttarakhand CM Dhami Urges Swift Action on Public Grievances

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has instructed officials to address public grievances presented by MLAs with utmost urgency. Meeting at the Secretariat, Dhami reviewed progress on his announcements within the Tehri Lok Sabha constituency, urging officers to maintain regular communication with MLAs for effective problem resolution.

During the meeting, CM Dhami emphasized the critical role of Additional Secretary-level officers in linking government administration and assembly constituencies. He directed the Chief Secretary to oversee progress in each assembly and urged departmental secretaries to conduct regular reviews to expedite the resolution of issues.

Dhami announced a quarterly review by his office of assemblies in each Lok Sabha constituency. He instructed officials to provide action reports on MLA-raised issues within a week. Post-monsoon, construction efforts are to gain momentum, with MLAs encouraged to propose both short and long-term plans for their constituencies.
