In a bid to bolster administrative efficiency, Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel is spearheading surprise inspections across state and district government offices. The initiative is aimed at enhancing the delivery of citizen-centric services, as stated by the Chief Minister's office in a recent press release.

During a recent unannounced visit, CM Patel scrutinized operations at the Public Health Engineering Department and the District Water and Sanitation Unit in Gandhinagar's Sahayog Sankul. The Chief Minister's efforts focused on reviewing the handling of online complaints and the effectiveness of rural water committees.

Previously, such inspections were carried out in Kheda district and the Old Secretariat in Gandhinagar, earning applause for Patel's engaged governance approach. Alongside surprise visits, CM Patel evaluated the progress of major projects worth Rs 1.74 lakh crore, reinforcing commitments to development and timely execution.
