Reddy brings over three decades of experience in leading business divisions and managing human capital across the financial sector. Prior to joining Manappuram, Reddy was with Bajaj Finserv Ltd for 17 years where he played a crucial role in the company's transformation.
In his role as CEO, Reddy is tasked with navigating Manappuram and its subsidiaries through their next chapter of growth and innovation, with a focus on enhancing core offerings such as gold loans, vehicle finance, microfinance, MSME loans, housing finance, and digital lending.
