The Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA) leaders will convene at 10:15 AM on Thursday at the office of the Leader of the Opposition in the Rajya Sabha. This meeting preludes their planned protest at 10:30 AM outside Makar Dwar in Parliament, focusing on concerns about the Bihar Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls.
Concurrently, Lok Sabha's session will see Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman elaborate on the Manipur Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2025. Union Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya is set to propose amendments to the National Anti-Doping Act, 2022, marking a significant legislative push. Additionally, the National Sports Governance Bill, 2025, is up for consideration, promoting sports ethics and governance reforms.
In another legislative effort, Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal will introduce the Indian Ports Bill, 2025.
