The Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) submitted its report on Monday concerning a CD linked to a public property defacement case implicating former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and two associates. The Delhi Police initiated an investigation following an FIR prompted by the Rouse Avenue court's directive.
The Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate acknowledged the sealed FSL report and urged its dissemination to the Investigation Officer (IO). The court has instructed the IO to expedite and conclude the inquiry, with the case slated for additional proceedings on August 27.
Previously, concerns over delayed reporting led the court to summon the FSL Director on June 10. The case dates back to public property defacement allegations in Dwarka, initially raised through an application by Shiv Kumar Saksena. Orders were made for FIRs citing violations under the Delhi Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 2007.
