Madhya Pradesh's Raksha Bandhan Celebration Targets 'Love Jihad' and Drug Awareness

Madhya Pradesh Minister Vishvas Sarang spearheaded a Raksha Bandhan celebration in Bhopal with a unique focus on combating 'Love Jihad' and drug addiction. Women attendees filled out forms pledging to spread awareness and protect young Hindu girls from deceptive religious conversions.

In an interview with ANI, Minister Sarang expressed gratitude for the traditional Rakhi honors and outlined the event's mission to fight the challenges posed by 'Love Jihad' and drug addiction. He highlighted the formation of local women's groups to monitor cases and offer legal support.

Reiterating the objectives, Sarang stated their commitment to informing every family about such threats and running campaigns against drug use. Participant Kanti Patel emphasized the role of the 'Vishvas Vijay Vahini' group in educating women and girls about avoiding manipulative traps and religious conversions.
