Nation Celebrates PM Modi's 75th Birthday with Spirit of Service

Celebrations marking Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 75th birthday commenced on Wednesday with a series of events underscoring the significance of national service. A highlight was the morning's blood donation drive led by Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, post participation in the 'Seva Sankalp walk' at India Gate, amid cultural performances.

Chief Minister Gupta revealed plans for 75 new state schemes, stating, "Marking PM Modi's birthday and the Seva Pakhwada, our blood donation camp reinforces Delhi's commitment to national service. Over the 15-day Seva Pakhwada, we will introduce 75 new initiatives for the people of Delhi."

Delhi Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa, who also participated in a religious ceremony at Bangla Sahib Gurdwara, praised the donation camp, highlighting citizen responsibility in supporting national service. "Today, under CM Rekha Gupta's leadership, a major blood donation event exemplified our collective tribute to the Prime Minister's unwavering dedication," he stated.

Following the event at India Gate, CM Gupta addressed attendees, applauding PM Modi's dedication to service. "PM Modi's commitment to nation-building is a testament to his resolve and vision for development," she expressed, as attendees echoed appreciation chanting 'Thank you Modi ji'.

Coinciding with these events, the Bharatiya Janata Party has launched a 15-day Seva Pakhwada campaign nationwide. Activities include blood donations, cleanliness drives, and exhibitions focusing on the accomplishments of the central government, all celebrating PM Modi's milestone birthday.
