The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has unveiled a significant digital reform to streamline services for over seven crore subscribers. Union Labour Minister Mansukh Mandaviya announced the introduction of a single login for the members' portal, offering comprehensive access to key services and account details.

This initiative introduces 'Passbook Lite,' enabling users to view their contributions, withdrawals, and balances directly through the member interface, eliminating the need for a separate passbook portal login. The enhancement aims to simplify the user experience by providing all essential services through one platform.

Additionally, the reform allows members to download Annexure K transfer certificates directly, improving PF transfer transparency. The EPFO has also simplified its internal approval processes, reducing layers of bureaucracy and expediting service delivery, thereby increasing transparency and member satisfaction.
