Tejashwi Yadav Champions New Politics with Focus on Development in Bihar

Tejashwi Yadav, the Leader of Opposition in Bihar and prominent figure of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), declared on Friday his commitment to ushering in "new politics" based on development, sidelining caste and religious issues. Positioning the current political climate as a crucial contest for the state's farmers and youth, Yadav criticized Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for his lack of connection with Bihar's younger generation's aspirations.
