The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) celebrated a major victory in the recent Delhi University Students' Union (DUSU) elections, capturing three out of four posts, including the Presidency, helmed by Aryan Maan. Maan defeated NSUI's candidate Joslyn Nandita Choudhary, and pledged infrastructure improvements on campus, particularly enhancing lighting in poorly-lit areas for female students' safety.

Deepika Jha, securing the Joint Secretary post, dedicated her win to the entire student body and ABVP, stressing collective effort in driving her success. ABVP's Kunal Choudhary also emerged victorious as Secretary, vowing continued support for student issues. Despite NSUI's Rahul Jhansla winning the Vice Presidency with a substantial lead, the ABVP's victory was deemed a strong response to NSUI.

As post-election sentiments ran high, the results marked not just a political win but also a declaration of student power and unity. The ABVP's triumph reflects a broader narrative of students prioritizing infrastructure and safety in their campus agenda. Amidst allegations from the NSUI of facing a 'combined force' in the elections, student leaders remained focused on the path ahead.
