In a significant push for regional development, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation for initiatives exceeding Rs 5,100 crore in Arunachal Pradesh. Addressing the people, Modi praised the state's hospitality and cultural richness, highlighting its symbolic representation of patriotism and simplicity.

Arunachal Pradesh, dubbed the land of the rising sun, received special attention as the Prime Minister announced new GST reforms and introduced the GST Savings Festival. Modi criticized previous governments for neglecting the region, emphasizing his administration's focus on development irrespective of political gains.

Among the projects unveiled were two major hydropower plants and a state-of-the-art convention center in Tawang. These projects aim to enhance connectivity, tourism, and economic activity in a state once left behind. Modi's initiatives illustrate the government's commitment to regional prosperity and integration into the national growth narrative.
