Cube Highways Trust, managed by Cube Highways Fund Advisors Pvt Ltd, announced a distribution per unit (DPU) of Rs 3.57 for the fourth quarter of FY26.

The total distribution for the quarter amounts to Rs 480 crore, the trust said in a statement.

This distribution comprises Rs 1.74 per unit as interest, Rs 0.27 per unit as dividend, Rs 1.55 per unit as repayment of SPV loan and Rs 0.01 per unit as treasury income, it added.

Pankaj Vasani, Group CFO of Cube InvIT, stated: ''Cube Highways Trust ended the financial year with consolidated income increasing 26.23 per cent YoY to Rs 4,359 crore and consolidated EBITDA rising 29.95 per cent YoY to Rs 3,092 crore. Revenue from operations grew 28.17 per cent YoY to Rs 4,239 crore, driven by robust traffic growth of 8.1 per cent and supported by value-accretive acquisitions during the year''.

According to the statement, its total assets under management stood at Rs 36,842 crore.

Cube Highways Trust is engaged in implementing the public-private partnership (PPP) model in India's highways sector to operate and manage highways in association with the central and state governments.
