Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo conducted an inspection of multiple healthcare projects in Jammu, collectively valued at Rs 135 crore. During his visit, he emphasized timely completion and adherence to standards to ensure optimal use for quality health services.

Dulloo visited key institutions, including the Government Medical College Hospital, where a new 100-bedded Critical Care Block was reviewed. The tour also included the Department of Interventional Pulmonology and High-End Laboratory, aimed at improving specialized care services.

Further inspections were made at the Bone & Joint Hospital and SMGS Hospital, assessing a 243-bedded Gynaecological Block and other new facilities designed to lower infant and maternal mortality rates. The visit highlighted progress at the State Cancer Institute, with key projects including modern operation theaters and installation of advanced medical equipment.
