Fortis Healthcare has announced a strategic partnership with the Lucknow-based Ekana Group to oversee operations and management of a forthcoming 550-bed greenfield super speciality hospital in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.

Slated to become a Centre of Excellence, the hospital aims to deliver state-of-the-art medical services and global best practices to Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. The new facility will significantly enhance healthcare infrastructure in the region.

This collaboration marks Fortis Healthcare's third major facility in Uttar Pradesh, adding to its existing network of hospitals in Noida and Greater Noida. Fortis Healthcare currently operates 33 healthcare facilities across 11 states in India.
