A fake doctor was apprehended in Faridabad's Parvatiya Colony for running a clinic without proper medical credentials, local authorities disclosed on Wednesday.

The suspect, identified as Mobin Ahamad, had been posing as a qualified doctor for an extended period, treating numerous patients daily. The arrest followed a complaint to the Faridabad Health Department, alleging that Ahamad had been practicing fraudulently.

Concerns arose over patient health deterioration, leading to a police raid conducted by Senior Medical Officer Manjeet Singh and his team. Ahamad failed to produce any valid medical qualifications during questioning. An ongoing investigation seeks to uncover more details about his unlawful practice.
