Union Minister Jitendra Singh has urged individuals to embrace personalized diets tailored to their unique metabolic needs, lifestyle, and body responses. He stressed that generalized diet plans and uniform nutritional charts are insufficient.

Speaking at the launch of 'Smart Calories and Common Sense: An Evidence-Based Guide to Indian Diets', authored by Dr Anoop Misra, Singh highlighted the importance of self-awareness and adaptability in dietary practices.

He cautioned against misinformation while emphasizing that nutritional science is an evolving field. Relying solely on standardized prescriptions could ignore individual variations, underlining the need for clinical judgment and personal dietary observations.
