Villagers in Bathinda and Hoshiarpur came across metal remnants they describe as parts of a missile, igniting concerns across these regions. Notably, residents of Bathinda reported loud explosions and bright flashes illuminating the sky on Thursday night, further intensifying local unease.
Security personnel swiftly informed the Indian Air Force, which dispatched teams to the sites for preliminary assessments. The Indian Army is now investigating, while local authorities have cordoned off affected areas and cautioned against touching any unidentified metal debris.
