On Monday, Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy held a meeting with State Governor Jishnu Dev Varma to address critical issues facing the state, influenced by recent national incidents. Industry Minister D Sridhar Babu was in attendance to assist in the discussions.
The meeting, held at the Raj Bhavan, focused on the aftermath of the India-Pakistan military conflict. Official sources confirmed the governor was briefed on efforts to aid Telangana residents living in border regions, 126 of whom have reached New Delhi for safety.
The Telangana government has established a 24x7 control room at Telangana Bhavan in New Delhi to provide continuing support. As of the latest reports, 57 individuals have safely returned to their hometowns, while support continues for others at Telangana Bhavan.
