Delhi Police have apprehended a 22-year-old delivery boy for allegedly defrauding e-commerce platforms by substituting returned items with old or used goods in Dwarka. The accused, Kishan, was involved in systematically swapping authentic returned products.

Following an e-FIR filed at Bindapur Police Station, officers moved quickly to trace and arrest Kishan in Uttam Nagar's Rajapuri area. The police recovered 38 fraudulently exchanged packages from Kishan, including 22 clothing packets, watches, slippers, shoes, and other items.

The investigation also identified a tablet and mobile phone linked to prior incidents. Kishan faces charges under relevant legal provisions as investigations continue, according to Deputy Commissioner of Police Ankit Singh.
