Iran's deputy foreign minister has issued a warning to the United States against any direct involvement in the ongoing conflict with Israel. In comments reported by Iranian state media on Thursday, Iran emphasized having all necessary options available.
Kazem Gharibabadi, the deputy foreign minister, stated that if the U.S. were to intervene in support of Israel, Iran would be left with no choice but to employ its own means to defend itself and respond to aggression.
He further recommended that the U.S., if not willing to halt Israel's actions, should at least refrain from actively intervening, thus allowing tensions to de-escalate.
