A tragic accident near the Sardarnagar bridge resulted in the death of a mother and her son, while the father suffered serious injuries, officials reported Saturday.
Police stated that the family, residing in Pastaur village, was en route from a birthday party when a speeding tanker struck their motorcycle.
The incident has left Janaki Prasad hospitalized, with the bodies of Preeti Devi and Prashant Rajput sent for post-mortem examination, according to Additional Superintendent of Police Anshika Verma.
