A foreign stakeholder has made an indicative bid for Swedish battery manufacturer Northvolt, according to the company's bankruptcy trustee. The trustee, Mikael Kubu, shared the news with Swedish radio SR, indicating more offers are expected shortly.

"We now have an indicative offer on the table and hope for more indicative bids," Kubu told SR. "We expect to receive another indicative offer during the day," he added.

Efforts to reach Kubu for further comments via phone and email were unsuccessful, as reported by Reuters.
